Kristyna Toms completed her Masters in Fashion and Textile Design, with Specialism in Fashion Design at The Swedish School of Textiles, Borås, Sweden in 2023. Prior to that, she obtained a degree of BA (Hons) in Fashion Design with Business Studies at the University of Brighton, UK graduating in 2020. Currently, she works as a pattern cutter and freelance fashion designer with expertise in tailoring, unconventional construction methods and sustainable pattern cutting. Recurring elements throughout her design work include the use of unconventional materials, as well as concepts of modularity and functionality.
